Whether our Country Survives is Up to the Women of America

by Jayne D. Frank

Single women in America in large part have made up their minds that they will vote this year for “Mr. Cool” and you can attribute this to one main reason.  These women have no other responsibility or concerns other than themselves – their paychecks, their contraceptives and health care, and of course protecting “the One” from getting voted out of office.  Married women and those who have the responsibility of taking care of parents or others in their homes will have every decision they make for the good of their household members negatively affected for the short and long-term by re-electing President Obama.  Although said to be an independent body, Ben Bernanke of the Federal Reserve, has a high stake in the re-election of Obama – Mr. Romney has indicated that he will “fire” Bernanke.

Mr. Bernanke’s most recent decision to print billions of additional paper dollars, is not only his attempt to support Obama, but this devastating action is the “real war on women” in this country.  Mothers in this country do not have to understand the perplexities of quantitative easing to understand that their family’s standard of living will substantially decrease with the printing of more fake money to “stimulate” the economy and produce jobs, as stated by Mr. Bernanke.

The immediate impact on mothers and other female heads of households is dealing with inflation.  Costs of food, clothing and fuel to heat your homes and transportation all jump without any corresponding economic improvement.  Families are on the brink already of skimping on the nutrition and quality of food for their children and cutting back on family activities requiring driving.  They already are purchasing their children’s clothes either on lay away or from thrift stores.  And women are already wondering how they will heat their homes this winter.  The Fed’s actions for printing more money have just exacerbated this problem.  Will you do the right thing for your family and change course this November by voting to stop this kind of frivolous government spending by the current Administration?

The segment of our population most severely impacted are the seniors already living on fixed incomes who must decide on spending their scarce eroded dollars on food, medicine, energy or the basic necessities of life just to survive while the Feds print out paper money, the value of which reduces the standard of living for every American.  But seniors for the most part have lived long enough post depression and through the Carter Administration’s similar disastrous policies, that they will turn out this November to make their voices heard and say “Enough” to President Obama.  Our busy mothers, with often two jobs trying to make ends meet for their families, will be the deciding votes to either continue this downward spiral for their families, or they will also say “Enough” and vote to change Presidential leadership for the good of their family’s future.
