We Hold these Truths to be Self Evident and Sacred!

Today more than at any time in recent history every American should heed the message of our Founding Fathers as expressed so eloquently in our Declaration of Independence.  “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal”, (equal in opportunity not equal in all things), “that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights”, (not by the government but by the Creator) “that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” “That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” (The consent of the Governed not powers taken by, or  imposed upon the People by the Government).

“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its power in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety or Happiness.”……”But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such Government and to provide new Guards for their future Security.” (Government by bureaucratic edict or regulation, Presidential executive orders and mandates that exceed the powers enumerated in the Constitution are all evidence of Government moving toward despotism and out of control).

July 4, 1776 was the date our Founders declared their independence from an overbearing government under the rule of the King of England. Let us pledge that July 4, 2010 is the date when each  American will  declare our independence and throw off the yoke of socialism fostered by the liberal progressives in this country over the past 100 years. A new Revolution fought at the ballot boxes across this Nation in November, to elect representatives that believe in the principles of “Self Government” enumerated  in the Declaration of  Independence and our Constitution. We will make our vote the weapon to return to the American values that have sustained us in the past as the greatest country in the world.

  1. The line literally jumps off the page at me! When a government becomes despotic (and I provide the definition of the word “despot”: an absolute ruler; an autocrat; a tyrant or oppressor) it is the DUTY of the governed to overthrow that government and place agents of protection in place while a new government is enstated. There needs to be organization, and there needs to be authority loyal to the Constitution that this country was founded upon, then there must be an overthrow of this tyranical government. Our freedoms are being denied. Our voices are being ignored. The Godless amoral powers in Washington D.C. need to be retired ASAP. Obama is destroying every remnant of the government we cherish and it is our duty to protect our country, our children and our way of life with its liberties and freedoms. We must redeclare our independence!

    Please pray about this, that our Lord will lead in His wisdom, power and majesty to save us, His people from sure destruction. We must be strong. We must unite and we must not fail! God, be with us!

  2. If you are adopted in this country, you are NOT equal in the eyes of the government.

    Your birth certificate is sealed and you’re issued a falsfied one changing your name and listing your adoptive parents as your biological parents. Only 6 states allow adult adoptees access to their original birth certificates. The remaining 44 states treat us as chattel sold and titles issued…In California adopted persons are not even considered “parties” to their own adoptions!

    The United States Government has stood by and allowed the US Constitution to be overlooked because adoption is a 5 BILLION dollar a year industry…an industry that sells innocent human beings and strips them of their rights.

    This is the “land of the free”? I think not.

    • My mother was a foundling and adopted by a loving family and did not know she was abandoned by her biological parents until she was a teen ager. She lived a full productive life and enjoyed the freedoms accorded to her by the Constitution. Your issue seems to be with 44 states and the powers afforded to them under the tenth amendment. If you feel so strongly about the current law then work through your legislature and organizations that support your position to change the law. “We the People” have the ability to make changes in the law and therefore we do live in the “Land of the free.”
